Terms and Conditions Agreement between User and www.beardedcandleco.com Welcome to www.beardedcandleco.com. The www.beardedcandleco.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Bearded Candles LLC ("Bearded Candle Co."). www.beardedcandleco.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.beardedcandleco.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. www.beardedcandleco.com is an E-Commerce Site. The purpose of this site is to sell candles, wax melts, room sprays and additional items we see fit to our business model. Electronic Communications Visiting www.beardedcandleco.com or sending emails to Bearded Candle Co. constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Children Under Thirteen Bearded Candle Co. does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.beardedcandleco.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. You must contact us by email within 24 hours to cancel your order. Please note that the 24-hour cancellation deadline applies to all orders, including orders placed at night, on holidays and on weekends. If it has been more than 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order because it will have already entered the fulfillment process. All cancellations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee. If there are missing items or items that are damaged in shipping, you must contact us to report the missing or damaged items within 48 hours with pictures of damage. Furthermore, you must save all of the original packaging materials and items that arrived in your package. This is required so that an accurate claim can be filed with the shipping provider, if applicable. Damaged items are refunded or replaced at our discretion. Returns are not accepted.
